In Solitude, choreographer and dance maker Ruben Chi shows the great heights and depths of silence and solitude, both as a human being and as an artist. In 2020, the world came to a halt. In this silence the only thing that remains is your own voice. Do you listen or do you walk away?
In Solitude, nineteen-year-old hip-hop / battle dancer Bjoley ‘Pairodme’ takes you along into his inner journey. An expressive and kaleidoscopic hip-hop dance solo on what emotions and confrontations shape within yourself during solitude. And reveals the power that resides in the confrontation with your own silence.
Length performance: 60 minutes.
